Dr. Anjumani Talukdar is a registered patent agent (IN/PA 5013). She She completed her one-year hands on training in IPR from Rajiv Gandhi School of IP Law, IIT Kharagpur in 2021-2022 as Women Scientist C under the scheme KIRAN IPR, TIFAC-DST. She has done PG Diploma course on IPR from Institute of Goods Manufacturing Practices India, New Delhi in 2021. She qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) in Chemical Science in 2010. She is the recipient of Research Fellowship for Science Meritorious Students (RFSMS) fellowship from UGC during her Ph.D (2013-2018) and received Ph.D from in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from Gauhati University, Assam in 2019. She also received the Women Scientist C fellowship by DST and completed her one-year hands-on training on IPR from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Khargpur in the year 2021-2022. Dr. Talukdar was involved in academic teaching since 2009 after the completion of her Masters. Being as a registered Indian Patent Agent she is dealing with Prior Art search, Patent drafting/prosecution, Trademark search and handles others Intellectual property like Copyright, Industrial Design and Geographical Indication. She handled prosecution of Indian and International Patents, Copyrights, Designs; defended Client’s technology in Virtual Hearings before the controller of Patents; drafted legal agreements & para-legal documents for almost all forms of IPRs; conducted Faculty Development Programs, Awareness Sessions on IPR in various academic institutes across India. She effectively handled patents applications for many start-ups.
